 Ingredients:

Salt as desired

Half a cup of ketchup

Half cup of vinegar

Half a cup of masterd or lemon juice

Half a cup of mashed garlic

Half a cup of mashed onions

Half a cup of mashed mashed peppers

 


Two tablespoons of ready-made barbecue sauce



 How to make Turkish chicken kebab:

 Mix the ingredients well, and the chicken has been stirred since the night before.
