  • 1 cup Cauliflower florets
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 3 pieces Mushroom
  • 1 bunch Pak choi
  • 1 Red onion (- cut into 4), medium
  • 5 pieces Young corn
Condiments
  • 3 tbsp Oyster sauce
Baking & Spices
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper, ground
  • 1 Salt
Oils & Vinegars
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Snacks
  • 1 cup Sugar snap

Slow Cooked Beef Nilaga Soup is the tastiest and the most tender beef nilaga that I ever had. It is quite obvious that 8 to 10 hours of slow cooking would extract the flavors from the beef and make it very tender to the point that it literally melts in your mouth


Beef Nilaga Soup.  Filipino beef soup that will make all your colds feel better.  Hopefully this will taste just as great as my mom's :)  We put Bok choy, green beens and potatoes in ours.
