  • 2 (14-ounce) cansArtichoke hearts
  • 3 cups Baby spinach, fresh
  • 6 cloves Garlic
Pasta & Grains
  • 12 Oven ready lasagna noodles
Baking & Spices
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
Dairy
  • 6 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 4 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1 bottle Clam, juice
  • 1 package Imitation crabmeat
  • 1 lb Shrimp, small

  • 1 Green onion
Canned Goods
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
Pasta & Grains
  • 9 Lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
Baking & Spices
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper
Oils & Vinegars
  • 2 tbsp Canola oil
Dairy
  • 1 1/2 cups 2% milk
  • 10 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
